Delivery Time Frame
Delivery is expected within 21 business working days. We make every reasonable effort to deliver your order before the 21st working day. As we are a pre order company we can not give a ETA on delivery. On the rare occasion your order could take a little longer then 21 days. This will only occur if you have ordered from multiple brands and we are waiting on arrival in our warehouse to fufill your order or the supplier may be waiting on there shipment to restock the item/s. If and only if we know your order is not going to leave our warehouse before the 21st working day our customer care team will contact you to update you on your order.
CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY DELIVERY ONLINE?
Yes, Please log into your account to check the delivery status. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will be emailed a tracking number and confirmation its been sent with Australia Post Express Service. Once we have all your items we then pick and pack and send via Express Australia Post. The 21 business working day delivery is still in place, we are informing you this is how we ship once your order is in our warehouse.
Please note: due to timezone differences, any orders placed between Saturday and Monday will not be processed by our Stylish Suppliers until Tuesday Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). This means delivery time-frames will be counted from Tuesday Australia Eastern Standard Time (AEST). If your items are being sourced from multiple suppliers, your order will be sent all together from the Stylish Plus HQ on the Central Coast NSW Australia, Via Australia Post Express Shipping Service and will require the full 21 working days for delivery.
For customers who live in remote areas of Australia you will need to allow an extra few days for delivery. We make every reasonable effort to deliver your order within these timelines however sometimes delays occur outside of our control. Unfortunately delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed and we ask for the full 21 working days before you contact one of our Stylish customer service team members regarding your order.
Due to Australia, USA and UK Public Holidays and Bank Holiday and USA Holidays we ask you please allow a extra 5-6 working days for delivery as this is totally out of Stylish Plus Australia control.
